Dine Nights at Texas Roadhouse Jamie Averett will post a flyer in BAND and more details. Coach Precious has a sign-up sheet. We have a night in December (Thurs 12/28) and a night in January (Thurs 1/25). Each varsity cheerleader must sign up for at least one night to help collect receipts as people leave Texas Roadhouse. We can get SO MUCH from these Dine Nights! Sponsors!! Please see attached for the Nationals Sponsor forms. It is a little different than the one we sent out over the summer. We will be making a Nationals tshirt with their names/logos. Our website is updated so you can also direct people to lincolncheer.com/sponsor to complete a form AND submit their logos directly to us! Each sponsor we get will be put towards the program as a whole to help lower total costs per athlete. $$ is Due January 16!! Cash Calendar See attached . If you fill up this calendar, you will raise $582!!! We don't have a final number yet, but this will help get you there!! $$ is Due January 16!! 100% participation is absolutely needed!! 100% of this team is going on the trip so we need EVERYONE to put in the effort to get us all there!!

Camp is coming up and I wanted to send out all the information we have for this fun and exciting time for our program. BEFORE CAMP: Everyone has completed the digital waiver for UCA, yay!! Your cheerleader will get ANOTHER waiver at practice, this is for the University of Central Florida. THIS IS YOUR TICKET ON THE CAMP BUS!! I sent out a google link previously for each of you to submit your emergency contact for UCF. If you have not done this, please click the link and do so ASAP: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeyAAwTCd7faOmk-5gPBYvQ4ljr3CJ6ALd57fDLnDZLVnpGdw/viewform Elite Sporting Goods order will be handed out at practice. Coaches will send out a packing list to each cheerleader. We will also post it on BAND. BIG/Littles will be handed out at practice. Coaches will instruct girls on what is expected during camp. DAY WE LEAVE: We will meet at Lincoln High School at 5:30am on Thursday July 20. We will stop on the way to UCF for some food and snacks (please bring money). Once at UCF, we will register and get into our dorm rooms to prepare for camp which starts at 1:00. W e are in DORMS so please BRING BEDSHEETS, TOWELS, SHOWER SHOES. WHILE AT CAMP: I have attached the itinerary to show what we will be doing each day. We will keep everyone updated on the Lincoln Cheer Program BAND Group while we at camp with updates, pictures, etc. Lincoln Cheer Program BAND Group: https://band.us/n/aaa299p6Gdr9E There will be a camp store on campus for shirts, sweatshirts, pins, etc. This year it is CASHLESS. LAST DAY OF CAMP: The exact camp location is Addition Financial Arena, 12777 Gemini Blvd N, Orlando, FL. 32816 We will have a performance on the last day, we will give you an exact time when we know it. I’m expecting it to be around 11:00. Parking for final day: Friends and family can park in Garage F behind the Arena on level 3 or above. When we are done on the final day, we will pack up the bus and head back to Lincoln. We will stop for food on the way, please have money. If you are attending the performance on the last day and want to drive your cheerleader home or you are giving another adult permission to bring your cheerleader home, WE NEED IT IN WRITING.

Lucky Goat orders will be organized and sent home with your cheerleader on Monday July 10. If your cheerleader will not be at practice on Monday, please contact Jamie Averett at jgaverettconsulting@gmail.com I will be at practice on Wednesday July 12 at 4:00 to collect any payments and/or sponsors. I will only be at the beginning of practice, not the end. I will reach out when Leon County Schools open on Monday to get an update on the online payment service EFunds for future payments. Until then, we will continue to accept cash, checks or money orders. SPONSORS NEEDED!!!! We need this for our Regional Daytona Competition to qualify for Nationals! Or we will have to raise/pay another $250-$300 per cheerleader. Any amount is helpful. The sponsorship letter is attached if you need it. Reminder: Next parent meeting to update on fundraiser ideas and other items is Tuesday July 18 at 6:00 in the Forum.
